Welcome to Ekowebtech! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("Customer") and Ekowebtech IT Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Ekowebtech") for the provision of prepaid internet services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Prepaid Services & Payment

All Ekowebtech internet services are prepaid. Payments must be
made in advance for the chosen service period.

2. Payment Due Dates & Penalties

Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, a penal interest of 15% per annum will be applied to the outstanding amount.

Service Suspension: Ekowebtech reserves the right to suspend your internet service if payment is not received by the due date. You will remain liable for all charges incurred during any period of suspension.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund for Non-Feasible New Connection: If a customer makes a payment for a New Connection and, upon assessment by Ekowebtech, the connection is deemed not technically feasible at the requested location, 100% of the payment made by the customer shall be refunded.

Refund Timeline: Such refunds will be processed and initiated within 7 working days from the date the connection is declared non-feasible.
Cancellation After Installation: If a customer wishes to cancel the internet connection after payment has been
made and the services have been installed, no refund will be applicable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
4. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Ekowebtech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes. Your continued use of our services after such
notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Service Termination by Customer (Existing Connections)

If you wish to terminate your existing Ekowebtech internet service, a mandatory one-month notice period shall be payable along with the plan or in case of contract, serve till contract period.
6. Billing for New Connections

For all new internet connections, billing will commence from the date of service commissioning/Installation.
